Today my visit to this subway was extremely unpleasant. The employee Emilie... had an attitude from start to finish throughout our order. I was with my little brother who took the time to understand the menu and she really put pressure on him and didn't give him time to choose what he wanted. Also, when she made our sandwiches she threw away the ingredients which shows that we as customers annoy her and it really shows. I was very disappointed and you won't see me in this Subway anymore :).

The employee named Émilie (assistant manager) is really unpleasant. She doesn't speak respectfully, it seems like we're bothering her when we're just ordering 6 inches. I told her at the start that I wanted 1 sandwich and when I asked her for other sandwiches she said "you had to tell me first". I find this unacceptable, especially coming from an assistant manager. We expect to receive the respect we give.

Well too expensive.. well too expensive and the employees are really complaining

The assistant manager today is showing an attitude because I paid for two biscuits apart from my order, I left, forgetting them and when I arrived home I noticed that I didn't have it with me . I went back to explain the situation politely and she looked at me and said: I know what I ordered, why would you have left without taking your cookies? Specifying which one was never to be given to me because she was placing an order at the same time. A big 2/10 for the service.

Since the new thinner flatbread we refuse to put it in the oven when the other Subways around have adjusted by putting it in the oven for less time. Again this afternoon I was refused so last time I go to this Subway and I went there 2-3 times a week.

Parking: a lot

Ot was in a shopping mall and the sub I got was pretty much full of salad and almost no meat. I do not know if they're all like that now but if they are, the next time will be the last. You can say it was disapointing.
Ps : I wrote Italian BMT but its an older menu sub that they still do called, Spicy Italian.

Wheelchair accessibility: Same level as the parking lot.

Not even able to put on a submarine shell. Baked as requested

It's hard in ostia

The application doesn't really work, and almost always has problems. Comparing to other restaurants it serves no purpose other than wasting time when it's time to pay.

Always good and fresh

Kid-friendliness: A small submarine is good for a child aged 4 and over with a nice variety of vegetables and meats, sauce.

Where are the soups? It hasn't been there for a long time. ?

Courteous employee, overloaded like the majority of fast restaurants but smiling and efficient! Quite expensive for a submarine but fresh and tasty ingredients
