I've never seen a Tim Horthon, with employees who don't speak French, and the men's toilet, the urinal torn out, the dirty toilet, dirty floor that smells like shit, I can't imagine the kitchen, it would take a good director to watch over this place.

Great tims, went in around 4:30pm and the staff working were so kinda and quick. Better than most Tim Hortons in this neighborhood !
When the restaurant is open (inside) the staff is wonderful! The MAJOR PROBLEM is reliability on the hen you can actually get inside to eat absolutely NO Reliability on hours . Says open at 7am (20 min walk to get there ) arrive at 7:15am still not open and when I call they are unable to tell me when I can actually get in - this happens on a regular basis unless the owner or manager are on site. Losing many customers ( those with cars who want to sit down to eat end up leaving. Not so bad when the weather is good but won’t be going often this fall and winter!
