Afternoon coffee and snack, service was weird and slow with one person before us. All I wanted was a coffee and cookie. The brownie cookie was awesome. I will add that I love the new style and decor, Xanadian warm and inviting instead of the modern and cold style we see everywhere now.

I ordered ( at the counter,) a small tea and a blueberry muffin. When I received the order I notice the employee charged me a large tea. I mention the error and she rsised her voice saying that I specifically ordered large. I can understand the mix up can happen but I do not accept being scolded to in front of the other customers. This is very disrespectful and a true lack of customer service and professionalism. VERY RUDE SERVICE, do not recommend this location.

Bought a spinach omelette bite and it was frozen as hell. I informed the cashier and she took from me (Tim Horton no no )and warm it in the microwave . I had to ask to speak to the manager Lucie who advised that the mini bit are still frozen and shouldn’t have been served. She took the food back and I had to opt for an egg and cheese on English muffins & had to tell her that it’s not the same price. Really this store is known for their poor services. Would not recommend this place to none of my google viewers

Terrible service, cold food delivered, 30 minutes to give us a coffee and a sandwich, they made a mistake with the coffee twice, didn't know how to capture things on the computer, line of 15 people.
Clients would advice other clients to use the drive thru or go to another place.

You should not come at night. There are no wraps or sandwiches, just muffins, croissants and a few things here and there, but no prepared food. The lady said they close the cart at 8 p.m.😡

On this Saturday, November 23, 2024 around 10:10 p.m., me and my family enter the Tim Hortons and there is no one there. When an employee arrives, she immediately tells us to get out because they are closed. We apologize by saying that we did not know this, because the door was not locked. The employee stupidly tells us to get out and go to the drive-thru. When we go out, she closes the door and the bar. So we go to the drive-thru, where she once again answers us stupidly, as if we are disturbing her. She finally told us that she no longer had donuts (even though we had seen them inside) and said goodbye. I was in a bad mood for the rest of the evening it was a terrible service :/

Service, awful. Incorrect menu availability times. Terrible resource management, were out of breakfast 3 HOURS BEFORE IT WAS MEANT TO BE OVER, given no reason why. WERE OUT OF EVERYTHING . Took over 20 minutes to get out of the drive through having gotten nothing. Cars were pulling out not having received anything after also waiting over 20 mins for food. Do not have faith in this Tim's.

To be honest, it takes staff on the weekend too. The poor employees are 4 to do everything. It doesn't make any sense.
