Yuzu Sushi offers delicious food with good taste and nice service. While one reviewer found a bone and a piece of shrimp tail in the sushi, another enjoyed a make-ahead poke bowl. The restaurant was clean, and the order was ready on time with clear attention to allergies. The staff is very friendly and courteous, going above and beyond. The owner is very present and directs everything. The poke bowls are ultra delicious and very good for your health, always full of fresh vegies like springmix, freshly cut cucs, carrots & other + topped w sesame. The spring rolls were still fresh the day after for lunch. Yuzu Fountain Bleu /Blaineville is prepared beautifully, freshly prepared & delicious every time. It's the most tasteful & fresh Yuzu for fish, springmix, cucs, carrots, edamame, all vegies & ingredients. The new owners prepare & serve the best sushi around!! They care about their clients.
