Food and employees were good.

However, the owners didn’t staff enough for a labour day Monday and my order was more than an hour late.

Owners came to help employees at the end of the shift but it was already too late.

No discounts were given to compensate for waiting an extra hour.

It was truly amazing! The staff went above and beyond to take our order even if we came 5 minutes before closing time! My daughter had came from a long trip and being able to have the sushi meant the world to her! Thank you so much for the amazing service and of course the sushi was delicious! The spring rolls were still fresh the day after for lunch 😍

Poor quality, the sushi was not fresh. Very disappointed.

You can tell zero care was put into my order, sushi fell apart, tasted bland and to top it all, when I went to pick my order, the guy gave me the platter and the sauces with no bag, napkins or utensils.
Last time I'll place an order from here.

Pokés are ultra delicious, in addition to being very good for your health. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The owner is very present and directs everything like a seasoned conductor. I go there every week.

Yuzu Fountain Bleu /Blaineville is prepared beautifully, freshly prepared & delicious every time. It's the most tasteful & fresh Yuzu for fish, springmix, cucs, carrots, edamame, all vegies & ingredients.
We stopped take out from other Yuzus as the new owners prepare & serve the best sushi around!! I can't describe to you the difference in prep & freshness plus my poke bowls are always full of fresh vegies like springmix, freshly cut cucs, carrots & other + topped w sesame. It's delicious sushi everytime. Try this location again if it's been awhile cause the new owners care about their clients!

Yusu Fontainbleau : Ordered three poke bowls: one tuna and two salmon. The salmon was inedible—my wife and son couldn’t eat it due to the bad smell and taste. I called to speak to the owner, but he never returned my call. When I followed up, he refused to identify himself as the owner and said he didn’t believe me.

I drove to the location to return their product, and they refused both a refund and a replacement. Their response? Completely unprofessional.

While waiting there, I saw their “fresh” salmon procedures firsthand: frozen salmon unpacked the previous day at 4 PM and still sitting there at noon. A joke. Avoid this place at all costs.

The service is really good! The two ladies who served us took my gluten intolerance into account and helped me make a choice. Very, very good service. Fast. And the food is good :)
