Terrible service. Very rude on the phone. Did not want to make a change on the order, even if I was ordering more than 24 hours in advance. I guess they have so much business that they didn't care about my order.Can't say if the food is good or not, because I ended up not ordering from there.Did politeness and manners die with COVID?

I made an order with uber eat. I have ordered several times from this restaurant with uber eat and have never had any problems. Until this Sunday. I placed my order at 6:30 p.m. and received the order at 9:00 p.m. The delivery man spent 45 minutes waiting for my order to be prepared. I called at 7:40 p.m. to find out what was going on with my order. The first call, I got hung up on after an employee picked up laughing and shouting. I recalled. The employee replied that all the orders were completed and that they were waiting for the delivery person. At 8:10 p.m., the delivery man sends me a message to tell me that he is waiting for my order to be ready. I call back to the restaurant to be answered by an employee who laughs out loud as she picks up and puts me on hold. When she finally gets back on the line, I ask her what's going on with my order. She replies that my delivery person is waiting for another customer's order to be ready. I write to my delivery girl. He replies that my order was mixed with another and that they gave it to another delivery person. Result she recommance my order at 20:10. I received my sushi 50 minutes later. The sushi was completely butchered. The seaweed sheet didn't even hold the sushi in 1 piece. My sushi was a bunch of garoche ingredients with a sheet of rice around it that didn't even fit. I don't mind the labor shortage but there is a limit. I will never order it again. It's over.

Good taste, close to home, nice service, but finding a bone and a piece of shrimp tail in two sushi is not super nice (never happened to me in other sushi restaurants). First time ordering from Yuzu.
