As usual we had a great evening! The fondue trilogy meal is excellent with its salad or soup / soup entree. The vegetables that accompany the Chinese fondue, raises the meat! And what about the chocolate fondue !!! Simply super good !!! In addition with impeccable service and pleasant people and very friendly! Regarding the buffet menu for funerals, we chose the menu The Californian. The presented dishes were overall excellent. The only problem is the red cabbage salad that was not the big winner. In my opinion, it should be replaced by another salad. I also emphasize the professionalism of Nicole, our hostess, thank you very much Nicole.
