“I recently tried the pearl tea from Presotea, and it was an outstanding experience!
The mango flavor is incredibly refreshing, perfectly balancing sweetness and tang.
The latte brown sugar variant is delicious and rich, making it a delightful treat.
The tapioca pearls are cooked to perfection—soft and chewy, enhancing each sip.
On top of that, the customer service was incredibly hospitable, making me feel welcome and valued.
The overall quality and flavor are exceptional.
Highly recommend trying both flavors! Five stars all the way!“

“I love this place ! Extraordinary customer service. I bought 2 bubble teas this evening. After about 15 minutes of driving, my bubble teas fell and the plastic broke and my Boba completely escaped. My wife went back for me (because she was nearby) and explained the situation and they made us 2 new ones for free! It was my fault but they sympathized. Very good customer service! I will definitely come back.“

“great place with great stores but what a disaster the back parking lot is. check out the attached pics. looks like bombs went off. have some respect for your clients and fix the parking or at least close it off the parking in the back. so clients cars don't get destroyed. what disrespect“
“This was the BEST bubble tea I've ever had! I had the fruit fusion tea with tapioca and it was delish! It had tiny pieces of FRESH apples and oranges in it. I would definitely recommend this drink and can't wait to try more! Great customer service at the American Dream location in NJ! Definitely 5 stars!“
