Worst coffee depot!!I stopped one morning to get a 16 oz of cold raspberry matcha tea then she asked me the question at the drive-thru hot or cold? I told him cold...I'm waiting I'm waiting I was the only customer and I waited more than 10 minutesShe arrives at the window after a long wait she tells me it's $9 please I'm still in shock because usually my drink costs me $5.50 for a 16oz I ask her why she tells me that this is what he charges I I didn't understand from one franchise to another the prices are identical!! In addition the tea she had never made it was disgusting not drinkable I received a 12oz instead of a 16 no ice in my tea and she loaded me with an extra amount of raspberry syrup in my drink this is a drink that he offers and they never charged me extra for that, it's the recipe for the drink, a nice $9 to throw in the trash, plus she laughed in my face when I told her about my disagreement, very bad service and completely undrinkable drink
