My wife and I had a wonderful meal here last Saturday. I highly recommend the steak with blue cheese salad, delicious! The garlic cheese bread was fantastic. Maeli, our waitress, was excellent! We'll be back!

I hadn't been to Jack's in over 25 years. The experience did not disappoint although the garlic butter was a little light on the cheese bread.

I ordered the Steak and Blue cheese salad and the steak was cooked to the right temperature but the meat was tough like an old shoe sole. To make matters worse the steak was not the 6oz advertised. It was closer to 4 oz. The server never checked on us again so I couldn’t even get a new steak or a drink refill. My son’s poutine came with barely any cheese curds and his burger came with no ketchup on the side as described by the server. We felt completely ignored by the server and eventually asked for a supervisor. The supervisor was nice and offered to remove my meal from the bill and told my server to give me a drink refill. The server came back and apologized which was nice then offered to bring free desert for my teenager. We waited and waited and eventually he came back with melted ice cream and my frustration was at an all time high. Unfortunately too little too late!!! We paid the bill and left after an hour and 45 minutes. Sadly the rest of the food was pretty good but the bad service soured the entire experience.

In 20 minutes no one came to serve us water and on top of that they placed us in a little lost corner of a party so we got up and left

Always mistakes with take-out orders, it was so good before and perfect... It's made it very, very disappointing... Now we're going elsewhere!
