Restaurant ZIBO! Boisbriand (Faubourg Boisbriand)

That was the worst excuse of a burger I ever had!! I have a bacon amd cheese burger that was over cooked amd really dry amd my wife had a chicken burger with what was call guacamole and supposed to be mayo chutney. It looked more like a cafeteria burger served in a high school. Service was very slow and it took awhile for our meals amd our sangria when the dining room was empty. I feel like the cooks didn't feel like being there. My fries were reheated so they were so dry. I will never go back nor recommend to anyone.

The food & wine were good. I received the wrong meal, it had to be re-cooked. Service was good. The Atmosphere was loud. I realize with that many people in the restaurant at the same time it’s hard to control. But they should find some solutions with nice seethrough dividers & large plants to deflect the sound.

Took 2 hours to receive our food. Calamari was very chewy. The linguini with lobster had no lobster in it at all. Drinks are over priced

My favorite restaurant. Diverse menu for salads, grills, pasta, pizza, meats... the service is excellent without forgetting the decor creating an enveloping atmosphere. A bar and a beautiful terrace are available for the beautiful summer periods both at Faubourg Boisbriand and at Centropolis in Laval.

Not everything that’s POPULAR is the BEST.! We ended up at this restaurant after Bâton Rouge Grillhouse & Bar, the neighboring restaurant, canceled our reservation — a reservation we’d made two weeks in advance for a group of 20. Apparently, they have a policy that limits reservations to 8 people per email address, which is, frankly, absurd. So, there we were, standing out in the chilly autumn air with five kids, trying to find a place to celebrate our friend’s birthday. That’s when we walked over to this restaurant, and they immediately organized a space to accommodate our entire group together.

For that — and so much more — I’m writing this review. We didn’t know this place before, but what a fantastic experience! From the host at the door to the team serving us at our table, the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL. The food? SPECTACULAR. Generous portions, fair prices, and an amazing ambiance.

If you’re looking for a place to celebrate or simply enjoy some good food with excellent customer service, ZIBO deserves all five stars. Thank you, Bâton Rouge: your poor treatment led us to discover ZIBO.

A fan of the restaurant chain and not our first visit to this one. A server who ignores us because his section is way too big. 2 medium flank steaks, but 1 of the 2 is definitely well-cooked while the other is perfectly rare. The potatoes were already cold when they arrived at the table. 1 hour 40 minutes later, we were still waiting for our bill. Luckily the barmaid was there when we called for help. If we hadn't ordered a starter, we would still be there. We decided to have dessert and coffee at home seeing this.

Having been here before I’m upset that the experience was such garbage today.
So to start a hostess was very rude, I’m not going to get into those details, she was a child. But when we were seated and ready to order the first thing our server did was almost argue that they dont have hot honey.
It is an ingredient on one of their pizzas and I like to add it to the pepperoni pizza.
After we all ordered at 2:00pm it was taking so long and she barely came to see us. At 2:35 exactly I called over the manager and asked why our food was taking so long.
He came back and said she was busy and only put in the order 6 min prior so he assured us the food was being rushed. When he saw my obvious irritation he indicated that he would take care of our bill somehow.
When our server came she was arrogant and didn’t even apologize.
When our bills came nothing was adjusted and I was too busy to even bother saying anything.
There are plenty of other restaurants in the fobourg I won’t be going back.
Also my burger was super dried out and grey. Very below average burger and patty

The tartar meal was bland, the service was really poor, the order was wrong, received the wrong plate, asked for a glass of drink, never received, but charged it on the bill, asked for a correction and in addition he charged me a glass of wine which I I have never ordered and never received, I will not return to this restaurant we were 4 adults and 2 children at 306.00 at this price I would have liked to eat well and have good service, check your invoice to avoid paying for things we consume
