Souvlaki Bar (Boisbriand)

I found their pita lacking in meat. They only had them in the middle. 1/4 of the pita had nothing in it. Very good service though and nice atmosphere.

he leaves my order on the edge of the door and sends the photo about 10 minutes later and it was -20 so it was cold

We went to eat as a family and we literally froze. The children were shivering, we all ate with our coats on. Also, the soap in the bathrooms is cut with water. We were barely able to wash our hands properly.

Times are tough, but to cut the heating is unacceptable.

I booked a group of 24 people and we had great service, everything was good, we have nothing to say

The last time we ordered take out from them, they messed up our order. We decided to give them another chance by ordering dinner last night. We were shocked to see the quality of the food. I ordered a small salad which came with one little dressing container clearly not enough for the salad size. It was dry. It was mostly all lettuce and a very small piece of feta cheese. I have ordered this before and it was more generous. What was most shocking were the chicken gyro pitas which were so thin, there was barely any chicken in them, one tomato slice and a few onions with barely any tzatziki. We've had the pitas there before they used to come full and delicious. We paid 46$ for something not worth it. We won't be going back for sure. There are other restaurant options in Boisbriand and around where you get quality food for your money.

Awful Takeout Experience – Disappointing in Every Way

I almost never leave reviews, but my experience at this restaurant was so poor that I feel compelled to share it.

I tried to order online, but their website wasn’t working, so I called to place the order. The waitress seemed lost and unfamiliar with the menu. When I went to pick up my food, it wasn’t even processed correctly. The order was wrong, and the waitress, who appeared to be new and untrained, couldn’t offer any assistance.

To make matters worse, the food was absolutely awful. I had one of the worst Greek meals I’ve ever had. My pita had almost no meat in it—literally only 3 tiny pieces of chicken and/or pork. There was barely any tzatziki, and the vegetables (a thin slice of tomato and one slice of onion) were lackluster. Everything was tasteless and cold.

I paid $100 for two 1-pita plates, two fake gyro pork pitas, and a SVK salad with the tiniest piece of feta. Overall, it was a completely disappointing experience.

I honestly feel bad for the waitress since she seemed untrained, but that doesn’t change the fact that the food and service were subpar. I will not be coming back.

Poor service, inaccurate order, very expensive for the quality of the food. Go to the one in Blainville (which was closed that evening for their employees' party) the service is excellent and the same menu is much better there.

Food is average at best, service is HORRIBLE.

I ordered 2 plates with 2 sticks each, came home to see there is only one stick in each plate.

I ordered two plates, each supposed to have two skewers. When I got home, I found that both plates only had one skewer each.

I called to let them know, and the manager said I could come back to pick up the missing skewers but didn’t offer anything to make up for the mistake. When I asked for some kind of compensation, the manager rudely said, "You want free food?" and then hung up on me.

Very disrespectful.

The food and service are always excellent! The atmosphere is good and the seats comfortable.

So far I have loved everything I have tasted from the menu.

Affordable prices, making everything accessible for the whole family. One of my favorite restaurants.
