Service is minimal, chicken has gotten smaller, barely 3lb, hand full of fries, dinner box looks bare, it's shrinkflation for higher price🤦🏼♂️.... That's besides when they don't have what you want in the drive thru 😤..

The drive-thru takes forever, and looking through the window, I can see half of the staff talking and not doing anything. Benny offers much better service. They even asked if I wanted to give a tip before handing me the terminal or before my order was ready. And let’s not forget — it’s overpriced.
Edit : Talked with the manager and they will look into it and learned from this. Great customer service

This St-Hubert Express is not what it used to be. The delivery service got worse over the years. As for St-Hubert in itself (not this specific place): it is a huge disappointment. Prices went up way too much. Quite sad about it, as it was a ritual in our family to order from St-Hubert, and now we only do order when we crave it, otherwise turn to pretty much any other restaurant.

Took 1 full hour standing up waiting for our order to be made. (No lie here I have my bill) And then a re do of one of our plates cause it was cold. Not acceptable to wait 1 hour for food at a advertised name...EXPRESS. there were enough employees in all areas....but zero organization and know how to speed up and get the job done. And the funny part....at payment with card they ask for tip....there should be zero tip or a rebate for asking for tip when I serve myself from the counter to my seat and drop off the tray in the bins for pick up!!! I do not recommend this place at all...me...not going back!!

I ordered a poutine with brown chicken in it and there were 2x pieces of cartilage and 1x pieces of marrow…
Sunday evening drive-thru order 8 cheese sticks and only received 4 and paid for 8! A little difficult to see that we forgot 4 other sticks, but we don't forget to ask if we want to add a tip!
