To be avoided, especially on weekends... the employees, not to mention teenagers, are not trained or trained. Incomplete orders, inconsistent food quality, unacceptable waiting time inside. I know something about it, I'm a regular customer 7 days a week. In addition, there are regular shortages of food, but that's another problem. The boss is only interested in his cash, well-being and customer service, he doesn't care. This week the front door was broken down by a vehicle (accident), but 3-4 days later it has still not been repaired. Message to the boss: “There are no bad employees or managers… there are just bad bosses” Tim Horton's parent company should intervene even if this guy has several franchises nearby. I can already hear him saying: yeah but it’s because of the lack of employees. To this I would answer: 3 or 4 trained employees are more efficient than 3 - 4 “trained” employees on the floor. This problem is not new, it is recurring, a sign of an ABSENT boss.

It's been more than 6 months and I'm a regular customer. But today a gentleman called Peros has no patients because I had a problem paying with my phone. I ask him to pass me the machine and as if he doesn't want to and tells me you don't even know how to pay. Thank you if I drive 10 minutes to come and your employ makes fun of us. I wanted to order, inside, a plain timBlt bagel with a sausage worker wrap. AFTER paying, the cashier tells me that he no longer has any breakfast potatoes for the wrap and his colleague shouts to him that he no longer has any plain bagels. I told him that I want a refund because 3/4 of my order was missing and we had to wait 15 minutes for a refund because no one on the floor knew how to do it! I started to lose my patience and after 15 minutes the person with the sandwich finally decided to make the refund. No sorry for the lack of products. I understand that it's not the cashier's fault but having already worked at tim she didn't do much to find the person responsible.
