The white lady that served made a mistake with my order and then she proceeded to correct her mistake by walking away and swearing. I was served on August 19th at 4:30 PM. Service is slow.

Amazing service from Josée!
I had a great experience at this Tim Hortons thanks to Josée. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made my visit feel genuinely welcoming. It’s always refreshing to be greeted with a smile and positive attitude she went above and beyond. Employees like Josée make all the difference. Keep up the great work!

This is the slowest Tim Horton ever and nobody there care about the store, garbage on the floor, staff walking by 12 time not picking it up... No smiles, no good morning, no thank you !

To be avoided, especially on weekends... the employees, not to mention teenagers, are not trained or trained. Incomplete orders, inconsistent food quality, unacceptable waiting time inside. I know something about it, I'm a regular customer 7 days a week. In addition, there are regular shortages of food, but that's another problem. The boss is only interested in his cash, well-being and customer service, he doesn't care. This week the front door was broken down by a vehicle (accident), but 3-4 days later it has still not been repaired. Message to the boss: “There are no bad employees or managers… there are just bad bosses” Tim Horton's parent company should intervene even if this guy has several franchises nearby. I can already hear him saying: yeah but it’s because of the lack of employees. To this I would answer: 3 or 4 trained employees are more efficient than 3 - 4 “trained” employees on the floor. This problem is not new, it is recurring, a sign of an ABSENT boss.

It's been more than 6 months and I'm a regular customer. But today a gentleman called Peros has no patients because I had a problem paying with my phone. I ask him to pass me the machine and as if he doesn't want to and tells me you don't even know how to pay. Thank you if I drive 10 minutes to come and your employ makes fun of us. And he even threatens me and says go ahead, why don't I if your employees are not happy they should shout at you not at the customers and I will follow that so that I see an action was taken

The cashier was really nice but the person who made my sandwich didn't want to make a little more effort. Photo of how I received the sandwich and photo after I took 5 seconds to replace the condiments.
