At Tim Rosemère.From staff to their business, very slowly. We greet the cashier but no greeting from the staff at the checkout, although the service was extremely slow (for 1 coffee and a wrap). To think that at that moment we were the only two to be served... and to wait.The fake wood fire was lit but remained inactive.The worst was the floor that was at an angle to the wall: black dirt for a long time, even the floor under our table was disgusting.AND it was only 9:30 a.m....
I'm a regular at this Tim's. Never a big fan because they kept messing up the orders, forgetting things and taking SOOOOOO long to make the orders. However, since a recent change of staff, I noticed a huge change in the drive through service. I always see the same young man at the drive through during the day. Very friendly, smily, and order is ready in a minute. Great service and great food!
