I’m honestly very disappointed with this Tim Hortons. The drive-thru speaker is terrible — you can’t understand what the employees say, and they can’t understand you either. When you finally get to the window, most of them don’t greet you, don’t make eye contact, and act like they hate being there.

The service keeps getting worse. Today I ordered an all dressed bagel and they gave me a plain one with the cream cheese only inside the hole — that’s just ridiculous. I also ordered a French Vanilla Latte and three workers didn’t even know what it was. One of them actually smelled the coffee to check — that’s completely unhygienic and unacceptable.

Two weeks ago, they forgot to include a Boston Cream donut in my order. They never give napkins, and most of the time they don’t even bother to put your food in a bag. It’s obvious that some of them simply don’t care about customers.

The only kind and respectful person there was an older lady who always smiled, greeted people, and made sure the orders were complete, but I haven’t seen her these last weeks. Since she’s not there everything has gotten worse.

If the employees don’t like working with the public, then they should find another job. People come here to start their day with a smile, not with frustration. The manager should really choose better employees or at least train them to be polite, keep things clean, and treat customers with respect.

This was the last time I come to this location. I’m not wasting any more of my time or money here.

Best stop on my way to work. Always greeted with a smile. Good and fast service. Fred, I believe is the manager, is also on the floor helping the team at rush hour. Best customers service I've seen at a Tim.

We visited this Tim Hortons over the weekend and had a wonderful experience.

The staff were courteous and kind throughout. Our order was a bit complicated, but the lady taking it handled everything seamlessly. The team member who handed us our order while we waited at the parking lot, did so with a smile and genuine friendliness.

Overall, it was a very pleasant and happy experience. 10/10 for this Tim Hortons!

Went to the drive thru, they took 20 minutes for 2 icecaps and one wrap. When i asked for a straw the employee told me to go inside and get one. Bad service and wasted my time never come here

I was at the Tim Hortons, waiting for my food, and I believe the manager FRED was in an argument with clients multiple times, and I viewed him screaming at his employees, treating them like trash, while they are probably not even adults. I don’t feel comfortable EVER going to a place where the employees, especially young ones, are yelled at and treated this way. I really hope he gets replaced and the branch improves on their next pick for manager.

Terrible staff, treats their employees like nobodies with such a heavy disrespect, it's insane. They're usually out of donuts and everything a Tim's should have, and the servers are understaffed, overworked, stressed AND treated horribly by their superiors. Don't go there, don't condone bad treatment of employees.

Half a coffee because she didn't have any coffee ready. I ask her to fill it, no half measure, she fills more than necessary and doesn't stir it. You surprise me that they have reduced opening hours
