By far the best customer service received, I have to tip my hat to the young man who does the drive-thru in the morning, (if you go there you will know who I am talking about) having so much energy and kindness every day, bravo. To his boss, thank you for creating a work environment that your employees are happy with, this reflects on your customers.

I've lived nearby since last summer, and I have to say that at first, it wasn't great. But since the end of 2024, there appears to have been a change in personnel or management. The employees are smiling and very fast! We are loyal drive-thru customers and very satisfied! Don't give up on your beautiful work!

The worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to in my life. I don’t speak much french so K ordered on line to avoid the confusion. I paid it and choose drive through option. Went to the drive through the attendant said he didn’t receive the order. I showed the order and receipt in the email to him. He said I don’t have this order. I parked ny car went inside asked to take another order at the cash as we were hungry. He said I don’t have the ingredients to make this order. Like what. He refused to help or give any refund. The picture of the order is attached. He said we are closing in 15-20 minutes, however there closing time is 10PM.
