There was an African-American (I don't know his name, that's why I said this to describe him) staff member at the cashier. When I started to speak English, he looked like disappointed. When I leave, I said "have a nice day", loudly enough and there was nobody in there. The same guy was still at the counter with someone white else , and it was completely silent inside. They ignored me and they didn't say anything. I'm definitely sure that they did this on purpose.

They never had any problems with this tim before but here, I don't know if it's because of a new employee but it's been a week that every time I go there my orders are not the right ones and I find myself having to eat a lunch that I didn't want! Quite disappointed, I hope to find the service from before soon!

I made an order with two drinks, two wraps and a croissant. I didn't receive the two wraps even though I paid for it, it's still 15 dollars. I tried to call at least 5 times and there was no answer. I called the delivery guy and he told me to contact Tim Horton's. I would like my refund

Nice place with easy acces. Coffee was serviced hot and fast. The only thing on the men’s toilet that is was modern. Clear interior with nice tiles but is it so difficult to have a stable and functional toilet seat. It was hanging on one screw. I know it won’t be clean always but make at least functional.

Slower than that I'm going to have to go and refill my tank, after 25 minutes of waiting I ask for mayonnaise and she tells me that it's an extra.. my daughter think a little you have 10 cars in the drive-thru dissatisfied.

All in all, the sandwich was good and hot

I like this place and most of the employees are friendly and good service. I only give one star because on two occasions I saw with my own eyes ? the owner say. From the point of view of customers, it didn't make sense. A customer who is not satisfied and the owner says outrageous things, even words that are not even said here And who says to the customers If you are not happy, go eat elsewhere wow. I even saw him shout at an employee even in front of the public. So even one star he doesn't even deserve it ✅. Its my opinion But you Employees deserve a 5 star ?. I just found out that the previous owner was kicked out of Tim Horton's so that doesn't surprise me ?. Bravo If new owners And good luck ✅

P/s: finally this change of owner Its already much better but it has room for improvement. Very often the toilets are disgusting ?
When the waitress coughs...she gives the customers the flu...I refused to take a plate that they touched and the muffin went into the trash...the coffee I took a cardboard box to wrap and drink it! Attention!!! Monitor your exchange return. Yesterday, May 24, 2024, the person who served me at the counter and who has a strange accent gave me my change but 1 dollar less. This is the fifth time he has done this to me when I pay with money. Yesterday I told him and he gave me the dollar saying I was wrong. I don't think he made a mistake, even though I think he does it regularly to others. Count and you will see
