First time we've tried grated cheese on poutine for the experience, but I should have opted for the curd one.
Fries cut thin and very cooked.

For regular poutine, it's unique in taste. The sauce is very clear, tastes mild and creamy.
The fries are very good, with a very thin style of fries (thin julienne).
BUT, if you are a fan of seafood poutines, then this one is absolutely the best! White wine sauce, lots of shallots, lots of shrimp: pure delight!
