We came for a little catered meal for the evening because we are in a camper van. We were received by Sylvain, a warm Quebecer, who told us his vision of Quebec with incredible talent!
We sat at the bar to enjoy a beer, Sylvain allowed us to have a great time and made us laugh a lot with his talent for imitating accents.
When we were leaving we checked the campsite website to realize that it was closed. With his spontaneity Sylvain very generously offered us to set up behind his home for repairs.
We reheated the salmon and pesto pasta in water, it was simply delicious!!!!

What a nice place! We chose the beef cheek and salmon to take away. Cooking in water was simple and the result was delicious. Everything was good and perfectly cooked. We met Sylvain who is a great storyteller. A great discovery!

Nous sommes passés en après midi et la seule option disponible était take out. Dommage, l'intérieur du resto est bien beau! Les plats n'étaient pas fraîchement préparés, mais plutôt du préparé d'avance et réchauffé en sachet de plastique dans l'eau (sous vide). C'était un peu insultant payer en haut de 30 piasse pour une petite portion de réchauffé qui a perdu en fraicheur, surtout le vieux bloc de pâtes molles en mottons qui a absorbé la sauce. Pas difficile de faire cuire des pâtes fraîches et y mettre d'la sauce faite d'avance, surtout quand on charge ce prix là.

Service reçu par le propriétaire très froid. Nous sommes arrivés sans réservation en demandant avec politesse s'il était possible de venir manger. Nous étions un groupe de 5. C'était notre première visite, nous ne pouvions savoir que la formule était petit bistro de quelques places avant d'y entrer ! ** a noter que c'était en début juin, donc pas en haute saison ** je comprends les restrictions du propriétaire, cependant il a amélioration à y avoir sur sont savoir être. Nous nous sommes fait virer de bord de manière sec et rapide, avec un ton condescendant. Je ne peu noter la qualité de la nourriture et ne reproche rien à celle-ci. Faut d'avoir voulu essayer ! Nous ne t'entrons plus de visite dans ce restaurant.

Nous somme entré ma blonde et moi pour s’informer pour manger à 6 personnes. Il ne semblait pas y avoir tant de monde et on était hors saison forte. Réponse: ‘’Bin la non, tu vois bin que y’a pas grand place! On arrive pas de même pas de réservation.’’
Désolé mon grand on reviendra pu jamais.

Des plats préparés et emballés sous vide qu'on réchauffe dans l'eau bouillante.. génial..!! tout était délicieux et savoureux.. Et Sylvain le propriétaire est absolument charmant.. Un maître des accents Gaspésiens. ??.. faut pas être pressé pour commander ici.. Il nous a piquer une jasette de presque 45 min!!! notre visite a été des plus enrichissante!!!

We ate grilled cod with homemade aioli sauce, gratin dauphinois and vinegared coleslaw, it was delicious. Sylvain the owner was very friendly and had good stories to tell!

Small, stylish, warm and pleasant café-restaurant. The host (the chef) welcomes you warmly. The main dishes (meat, fish) are excellent! And you can have a good selection of wines to accompany it all. The desert is enriched by the many anecdotes that the "chef" is very willing to tell you. We are happy that it is open all year round!
