ZERO SERVICE.
Waited 30 minutes to get a coffee.
Staff standing there doing absolutely nothing. They cheap out on the food. Avocado toast with a smidge of avocado.
No one comes around to refill your coffee until you are ready to leave.
AWFUL PLACE, AWFUL SERVICE.

Food was good but nothing special and service was slow. The ube bowl is smaller than it looks. The Eggs were overcooked (not runny at all).

visite ce matin pour déjeuner... service efficace et courtois. mais les plats ont beaucoup rapetisser...Ma casserole aux légumes devrait s'appeler casserole aux patates car vraiment très peu de légumes l'oeuf trop cuit et les rôties absentes. Les rôties au pain ménage de mon conjoint étaient brûlées... aussi un surplus non mentionné pour le pain ménage. pour 43$ sans le pourboire c'est très décevant. c'était la dernière fois pour nous.

Best Ben and Flo in Quebec, pleasant and helpful staff and successful dish simply but effectively every time.

Really a shame, but several chances were given. The last 3 times, more than an hour of waiting to receive our plates, plates which did not arrive at the same time. No rounds of water and coffee. And as a bonus, feel bad for asking for coffee.

I am someone who has lunch several times and would be at a restaurant but this one never could! I ordered a casserole that comes with Hollandaise sauce! I received a sauce paste. I tell the waitress the problem. She goes to check and comes back to me telling me that there was indeed a problem and leaves again? Unable to eat this I put my plate aside. She comes back 15 minutes later when I'm ready to leave (go to work) and asks me if I'd like to have it done again ??? I say I can't leave for work. She comes back to me with the bill for the full amount and tells me that she told the kitchen so there you go ?? Seriously as a former waiter and regular restaurant customer I have never been so insulted in my life.

It’s the boss boy who gives us the coffee
Ordinary plate also few fruits the potatoes are disappointing don't taste much
The household bread is excellent
