Very long before being welcomed, very long before we take our order then very long to receive the dish
A suggestion: warn us that it will be long, rather than ignore us,
Lack of staff?
It seems from reading the previous reviews that this is a recurring problem.
1 hour wait for the plate.
To your credit, the tasty dishes and the person serving our table was smiling
Is it enough to go back??

Best Ben and Flo in Quebec, pleasant and helpful staff and successful dish simply but effectively every time.

Really a shame, but several chances were given. The last 3 times, more than an hour of waiting to receive our plates, plates which did not arrive at the same time. No rounds of water and coffee. And as a bonus, feel bad for asking for coffee.

I am someone who has lunch several times and would be at a restaurant but this one never could! I ordered a casserole that comes with Hollandaise sauce! I received a sauce paste. I tell the waitress the problem. She goes to check and comes back to me telling me that there was indeed a problem and leaves again? Unable to eat this I put my plate aside. She comes back 15 minutes later when I'm ready to leave (go to work) and asks me if I'd like to have it done again ??? I say I can't leave for work. She comes back to me with the bill for the full amount and tells me that she told the kitchen so there you go ?? Seriously as a former waiter and regular restaurant customer I have never been so insulted in my life.

It’s the boss boy who gives us the coffee
Ordinary plate also few fruits the potatoes are disappointing don't taste much
The household bread is excellent

Sunday, me and my partner went to lunch, section next to the passage to the kitchen, I will not mention the name of the waitress…. Cold service, without a smile, the plates were removed before we had even finished eating our toast, I had to ask a young girl for a small plate to finish eating. An invoice? Not even time to respond and finish the invoice and the terminal arriving on the table??? Very young staff, I can understand, I have been in the restaurant business for a number of years, but a manager seriously needs to teach the art of serving and politeness. It has been a very long time since we were served in the restaurant. So, I'm not usually critical, knowing the reality of the restaurant business, but still. We were too many, sorry, but we won't set foot there again. Youth does not explain everything...

The service Good, there were 3 of us and none of our plates were hot, too bad on a Saturday morning at 8.30 it wasn't great

I see the comments on the restaurant page and I totally understand the negative reactions to the service. As soon as I entered the restaurant I felt like I was too much, the employees were stupid and I didn't feel welcome eating here. The food was good but nothing more. I'm disappointed that the owner says he's reaching out to the restaurant and changing things but in truth it doesn't really seem that way.

In short, I do not recommend this restaurant, go spend your money elsewhere.
