The prices are lower than in the city's artisanal bakeries, but the quality is not quite the same.

On the other hand, THE big negative point was the service (during my weekday visit). We were prevented from looking at the windows before ordering on the pretext that we had to stay in line behind a cordon even though there were only 3 customers there. This is not a system suited to the store's configuration, numbers would be better. In addition, it is not possible to heat sandwiches and quiches to eat on site. The employee was very stiff.

It's a shame because I've had lunch here almost every day for a few months but I can't afford to leave more than 2 stars even though the food is excellent. The staff is warm and very friendly, except early in the morning when the 2 dark-colored women take care of the service. I have never had such poor and consistent service morning after morning. I want to say that I have experienced customer service and I currently experience it in my field of work so I am a very respectful and polite person when it comes to these things.

Let me explain. Gets exasperated when I ask to reheat my sandwhich again (because they never heat them enough it's always cold in the middle), they both refuse to add the extras to the coffee and tell you to do it yourself. ALL the other employees that I was lucky enough to come across did not hesitate to do the extras for me and I even had them offered to me! I had an employee who reheated my sandwhich after my request and made me touch and open the sandwhich to check if it was to my liking. That’s service. While these 2 women never take the chance to ask me if I want to eat here or take away (I have been eating there every morning for several months…) and give me disposable cardboard utensils to obviously avoid having to do extra washing up. It's quite cowardly. So I have to especially for these 2 women always specify that I want to eat here and that I want a plate, a cabaret and a coffee cup that is not made of cardboard while the other employees offer me the choice on each occasion.

My colleague and I love the food there and the vast majority of the staff, but we are seriously thinking about finding a new spot in the morning because of these 2 employees. They both seem dead inside with no desire to serve and work. It ruins the mood to be greeted like that in the morning when my goal is precisely to start the day off right with one of your meals.

J'ai été récemment extrêmement déçu du service reçu à la succursale de Brossard, Mail Champlain. Le samedi matin, il n'y avait que 2 employés qui servaient les clients. La ligne d'attente sortait jusqu'à l'extérieur du magasin. J'ai attendu avec patience mon tour, mais ma visite chez vous qui j'avais prévu que 15 minutes, avait duré 45 minutes. Rendu mon tour, le pain habituel que je prenais, le pain au chocolat, n'était pas disponible, alors j'ai du prendre 3 pains raisin, miel, noisettes parmis plusieurs autres articles, incluant 1 baguette offerte gratuitement. Vu que j'étais en retard, j'ai quitté la place rapidement sans consulter la facture. Lorsqu'on est venu pour manger le pain, nous avons remarqué que dans 2 pains, il n'y avait aucun raisins... Erreur du boulanger sûrement. Un peu frustré, je consulte ma facture et je remarque que la caissière n'a pas appliqué le bon code promo pour la baguette offerte: Elle m'a 3 baguettes avec le code promo 1 baguette offerte (8.85 - 2.95), ce qui veut dire que j'ai payé 5.90 pour 1 seule baguette qui aurait du été gratuit. Ca va me couter plus cher en essence et trop de temps de faire ce fameux allez-retour pour réclamer cette mauvais facturation, alors j'espère que quelque chose sera fait avec le commentaire que je laisse. Heureusement, les employés étaient très gentils, mêmes s'ils étaient dans le jus, alors j'apprécie leur humeur!

The black girl at the counter loaded me with 2 trios and gave me nothing in my bag. She didn't offer to heat my sandwiches and she refused to serve me the extras I asked for. I come here every day and I have never had such bad service. Sorry to describe the lady like that but I don't have her name.

Best Almond Croissants in Town!

Edit: Bringing the star rating down to 2 due to the significant decline in cleanliness. I hope they address the flies that sit on pastries.
