Today i drove 1.5 hours to come here.I consider myself somewhat of a sommelier of smoked meat and Edward’s is exquisite. I believe even Céline Dion would agree with me.The coleslaw is excellent and the homemade “tarte au sucre” is to die for. The service was very friendly and professional.I will pray to baby Jesus that they open one in the Laurentides.

I had their smoked meat spaghetti and it was simply delightful. I really enjoyed the flavours and the softness of the smoked meat and it went so well with their meat sauce. None was overpowering the other and it added so many layers of flavours to the spaghetti. One thing that I would have appreciated in my meal to make the experience even better for me would be the chewiness of the spaghetti. It was a bit too soft for me. Beside that, I also really enjoyed their garlic bread. It was nice and soft and had great flavours too. The whole meal was around 23$ which is a reasonable price considering the portion they serve.
