Service was excellent—fast, friendly, and efficient, even with the morning rush.

M’ont livré une boite ouverte avec une pièce endommagée. J’attends toujours ce remplacement de pièces depuis fin janvier. J’ai appelé 3x au service après-vente. La 3e fois, on m’a dit d’être encore patiente.

J'ai acheté un sofa en L garantie 10 ans structure et affaissement des coussins il y a 5 ans , voilà que l'année dernière l'un des coussins est affaissé et de beaucoup, assez que ça donne mal au dos. J'ai été au magasin de Boucherville et ils ont changé mon coussin en m'expliquant que ce sofa là est discontinué et que si ça devait arrivé de nouveau, qu'ils ne pourraient rien faire pour moi. Pourtant il est garanti 10 ans, c'est l'une des raisons qui a fait que j'ai acheté chez Ikea... même pas une année et le coussin est aussi affaissé qu'avant sinon plus. Plus jamais je ne conseillerai quelqu'un d'acheter un sofa chez Ikea puisqu'ils honore pas leurs garanties. J'ai des photos, une vidéo mais ce n'est pas assez... voyons donc!

I adore !!! There are small racks to put the trays on so you don't have to carry them! Super nice atmosphere and the line lasts around 15, 20 minutes. The garlic bread is delicious and the Swedish meatballs are excellent! Plenty of room to sit even during lunchtime. I recommend.

Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian meatballs and veggie wraps. Lots of options, even salad or you can help yourself according to your appetite.
