AMAZING food and service. However sadly, the waitress advised us, that the restaurant was permanently closing after the next day. Too bad as this is a great place to get an amazing Prime Rib steak.

Reservation yesterday for my friend's 40th birthday, it's going a little dry. The manager informs us that we cannot bring gifts inside if they are alcohol because she may get a fine (weird because we did not intend to open the bottles) We put the gifts back in cars without making a fuss. We were also told by this lady that we cannot put confetti on the tables (we didn't even have any, only streamers and balloons). We ask to know where we can plug in the laptop in order to be able to connect to the speakers that my friend's partner was told we could have access to, we are told that it is impossible, that it is radio satellite and that we had to provide our own speaker (a bit of confusion between the exchanges but hey, we ask a guest to bring their own, no problem). The waitress offers us a drink and her service is impeccable (sorry I forgot her name, a young lady with blond hair) We are told that the restaurant closes at 11 p.m. but that as long as we continue to drink, the bar remains open. Dinner begins, the starters arrive, the onion flowers are literally bathing in oil at the bottom of the dish, the squid look like onion rings, in short, the freshness of the food leaves something to be desired. I order a New York style strip filet medium rare and I receive it medium well done. I inform the waitress who returns to the kitchen with the steak only to come back about 5 minutes later telling me that the cooks cannot make it rarer than that (oh well, it's simple, having worked in catering before , to make a medium rare steak). I still eat the steak because I don't want to persist any longer than necessary. The rest of the people seem satisfied with their meal, without being WOW, like back then. We received our invoices around 9 a.m. without asking. We continue to chat and the music continues to play when around 9:30 a.m., the waitress starts cleaning the tables and about fifteen minutes later, the manager turns on all the big lights, a bit like in bars at 3 a.m. We then understand that the manager decided that we were not going to linger in the room and at maximum 10:15 a.m., we had collected everything and left. Our experience was quite disappointing and we do not recommend this place if you want to stay up at all late. In addition, we are informed that the restaurant should have been closed for several months and we are starting to feel that this restaurant, which was once a renowned steakhouse, is clearly running out of steam to continue in today's market. 'today!

Pleasant atmosphere and impeccable service. My partner ordered a prime rib with baked potato, without any vegetable accompaniment, which is surprising for a dish in this price range. The waitress informed us that they were out of sour cream for the potatoes, and offered butter as a substitute, a rather disappointing solution. The presentation left something to be desired.
For my part, I chose flank steak, but the requested cooking (rare) was not respected, and the meat was cooked, with hard edges. The fries were OK, although not to my personal taste, which is not the restaurant's fault. I also received steamed vegetables (broccoli, baby carrots, cauliflower) without seasoning, with a very neutral taste. First experience in this restaurant, but probably the last.

Change of menu no table d'hôte everything has to be paid, our steak which is not cheap but supposedly tender was not the case blue when we ordered medium and return to the kitchen to recook the meat which came back overcooked and lost its tenderness really overpriced for the quality and disappointed in a restaurant specializing in meat which did not meet our expectations.

Honestly, I've read several 1-star reviews and I don't understand, because that's not what I experienced at all! There are a lot of people who complain about the waiting time… There are some who had to go there during COVID! (People were missing everywhere, so normal that it took longer.) (Perhaps there are days that are much busier, and lack employees, normal too!) For my part, I went ( Sunday), we arrived at 6:40 p.m. and left at 8:00 p.m.! Normal wait time I received my entry quite quickly! Main dishes, reasonable time too, the waitress Ophélie, great service and very kind! ! My husband ordered the prime rib! So good and tender, the most tender we have eaten, the fries are delicious. I had the filet mignon skewer with garlic mashed potatoes and contrary to what some people say, it was so good! Even the rice, super good, well seasoned! I asked for the blue cooking and I got the perfect cooking! I asked for extra pepper sauce and WOW! The best sauce.
The little extra is their homemade garlic croutons! Yes, a little fatty, but it's so good! This is what makes you the best! THANKS ;
