Horrible food service, our waitress was good but the food was horrible, order a filet mignon medium, recieve my first well done, sent it back receive it blue. Ask to speak to the manager and she argues with me that her kitchen staff never makes mistakes and I don't know what I'm talking about, yelling at me. I have never received such horrible treatment from management staff at any restaurant I've been too, even the waitress disagreed with her. I will never come here again.

Honest food without more. The Server Samuel makes us paid, makes sure that you leave him at least 15% by speaking loudly enough at the table that everyone is without cheap and yet I am used to leaving a good tip because I am in the restaurant business for 35 years. Let's just say that this doesn't really make us want to go back.

Two errors in our order. Ribsteak 1/2 inch thick and with pricked meat. No way to have a medium rare steak with this thickness. Frozen doughy fries. And at 8:30 p.m., we were asked to leave.

Wow pas croyable 34$ pour une côte de bœuf qui ressemble à une vraie semelle de botte. Pas même un petit légume dans l’assiette pour aider à avaler ?. Sérieusement beaucoup mieux ailleurs!! Au moins le service était à la hauteur. Une bonne rénovation du resto serait à point je pense. Je sais que les temps sont difficiles pour la restauration mais la clientèle se gagne difficilement mais se perd beaucoup plus facilement.

The chicken was tough, gravy came out of can, baked potato over cooked dry. Had to chase server down. We will not go back and spend that kind of money for the food and service they offer.
We paid the proper tip and had the nerve to come back in front of our guest to ask for more money because she felt she did a good good....SERIOUSLY. Service was awful!!!! ☹️

franchement..servir un bon oignon fleurie comme ca avec de la mayochup cheapette sa gache l'oignon frie cest ridicule,au début on etais content quil servent quelque chose a notre arriver mais des croutons gras et froid qui goute trop l'ail sa le fais pas dutout...servez dont des bon pain chaud a la place avec du beurre sa serais beaucoup plus apprécié,les frites wow quel fiasco ,au debut on dirais des bonnes patates maison mais la coupe tellement grossiere et le gout de patate congeler a fais quon les as laissé la... y'a un gros manque a gagner la...nos burger etaisgarnie de legume froid avec pain tiede... franchement pas certain quon i retourne meme si on a été tres bien servie

Je ne recommande pas Le Beefsteak pour les raison qui suivent.Côté levé servi froide et sec , légumes en à côté servi froid et trop dure, j’ai demandé du beurre pour le patate au four, j’ai reçu le beurre 10 min après avoir reçu mon repas, du beurre froid dans des petits cup individuels , impossible a faire fondre sur une patate, un bon beurre fouettée aurais été bien . Le Bloody ceasar étais dégueulasse, remplis de glace et transparent sans goût! Bref très décevant surtout après avoir eu une très belle expérience au Keg la semaine d’avant .
