We went with a group for my birthday on Saturday. The food and cocktails are delicious. However, we got absolutely horrible service. It took 40 minutes to get my first cocktail after I ordered it. We had to constantly ask for the same things multiple times. After dinner, we had reserved the karaoke room - what a beautiful room!! We had SO much fun, I definitely recommend it. However, again, we were told there would be service for drinks and after 30 minutes we decided to just get our drinks at the bar. When the waitress finally came, it took 45 minutes before we got our first drink order and we just ended up cancelling the second one because our 2 hour reservation was almost over and we still did not have our drinks.

Overpriced, the service is awful, spend 200$ in 1h30, and could ne get a hold on any waiters. The food was good. But seriously, what kind of staff is this... at 18$ the glass of wine I would expect quality services and not waiving at waiters to get a refill and get water... finally took over 30min to get the check... so this is definitely the worst part of the night when the only thing you want is getting out of this place.

We had a wonderful evening with exceptional service from the entire team! The warm atmosphere with good music and the food was quality. Thank you to the management and to Édouard for celebrating our romantic anniversary ♥️

The atmosphere is great, billiards, karaoke, lounge style furniture. The best mocktail I've had by far. Delicious food. I'll start again quickly.

Excellent food. I had the beef tartare. Very tasty. The croutons for the tartare were ordinary though.Service was slow. I was rushed to pay my bill while I was still eating my meal that had just arrived. I found it quite ordinary.Great atmosphere.Parking: Many places. No parking issues.

It was good, but the portions of the minimalist dishes need to be reviewed or customers should be advised to take side dishes.Very expeditious waitress but the manager made up for it.Atmosphere, decor, activities, that’s the strong point

Very difficult to contact the team for anything: reservation, question, adjustment or other. Impossible to speak to anyone because any call is redirected to an automated text messaging system that is inefficient. My friend made a reservation to celebrate our double anniversary and a disagreement regarding the number of people occurred and I blame this very impersonal system of communication. Yes to technology but you still have to respond to messages to confirm and follow up.I experienced the same problem when I wanted to activate the promotional offer offered on Facebook "receive a birthday gift to come and celebrate with us" I tried everything: telephone, automated text messaging system and email without ever manage to have confirmation for anything. I had to request the promotion on the spot with the waiter who was not able to answer me and who went to see his manager. I'll come back to it later for details...We arrived there with a group of 25 people. Despite our reservation, we had to wait around a boot stuck like sardines for a good twenty minutes. I was a little nervous wondering where they were going to put such a large group in such a crowded place. Finally a hostess finally directed us to our table where only 18 seats were available. Some friends had to leave because it was impossible for them to seat us all.Once it's time to order, the waiter recommends that we take between two and three dishes per person because the dishes are small, we are told! We are suggested to share in order to make the experience better. The menu is very limited and there are few choices...The orders arrived very late. Some did not receive their drinks, their bottle of wine and some only received one of the two dishes ordered. The food was ok but if you think the prices are low wait until you see the portion served to judge. Once the prices of the two to three plates combined are added up, I can assure you that it is still expensive for the portion offered, especially if you are a “meat lover”.The "water guy" did his job diligently ??but we can feel that the owner wants the place to be as profitable as possible by overloading with a maximum of customers versus a minimum of staff who unfortunately cannot cope with the task. ...A friend had kindly brought us a huge birthday cake ? and we expected to have to pay $2 to $3 for cutting the tips of the eight people who would like to eat it but we were told that the whole the table paid the $3 which was equivalent to $78. We would have agreed to a fixed price of $25 to $30 for the cutting of the cake but $78 was excessive! We asked for the cake and took it back to the car.To return to the story of the birthday promotion which consists of receiving a gift for having chosen to celebrate at Madame Bovary, expect to have to insist because we had to request it three times before it was delivered to me and this without count the 4 days of unsuccessful calls, text messages and emails. During the wait, some people became discouraged and left... That said, this free 26 Oz bottle somehow saved face for our experience which was overall unsatisfactory and frustrating. We took advantage of this bottle, danced two or three songs which miraculously were from our time and did not resemble a cheezy remix from my high school years....We had planned to stay after dinner and celebrate there, but since we had a huge cake that deserved to be tasted and our experience was rather disappointing from the start, we decided to leave and finish it at home.

We had a reservation for a birthday dinner for 25 people at 8:15pm. Our group showed up at 8:20pm and had to wait 20 mins with 2 other groups before we were brought to our seats. Then we find out that they couldn't accommodate our 25 people seeing as we had made a reservation for 17 initially and then called back 2 days later to increase our reservation to 25. The manager said he left us a msg saying that they could only do 17 and not 25 that we never received so go figure. At this point several of us already have a bad feeling about the night but we soldier on and try to enjoy the rest of the night for our friend’s birthday part. The waiter, iPad in hand attempts to take all of our orders yelling at us, while every imaginable cheesy pop song remix from the last 20 years is blasting in the background!! It only makes sense that we were missing bottles of wine, missing plates and several people waited on there food when the rest of the group already had their plates. Don’t get me wrong the one waiter was nice and tried his best but just couldn’t deliver. The food although it looked nice was just average/alright. The nail in the coffin in terms of customer service was when we asked to cut our own purchased cake and we were told that there is a $3 charge per slice of cake and this service is mandatory because they sell cake at the restaurant. Even though the concept makes no sense to me the group decided to go along with it, so we asked everyone who wanted cake, and out of our group of 25 we had 8 people who wanted cake. We then informed the waiter we would be paying for 8 slices of our already paid for cake the waiter came back with the manager to inform us that he wasn’t willing to charge us $3x8 for our group and that if we wanted to eat cake even though it was just 8 people there would be a $75.00 to the table for cake. We obviously didn’t pay the fee, requested the cake back and put it in the car until we left. The only highlight of the night was that 1 of the birthday girls had seen on Facebook that they had a promotion for big groups celebrating birthdays earlier during the week and filled out the promotion form. We didn’t know but it turns out that it was for a complimentary 26 oz bottle of vodka. So, my friends show their id and the waiter tells us he will bring the bottle and then we wait 25 mins to the point that 9-10 people out of our group left. After asking the waiter 2 more times we finally get the bottle, glasses, 5x 250-350ml bottles of various juices to mix with and our waiter vanishes for the rest of the night. We had to ask for napkins, glasses, and juice directly at the bar. Needless to say, we didn’t spend the night and finished our alcohol and to go somewhere else and finish our night. The moral of the story is if you want to go somewhere that has a nice staff , looks like an upscale Scratch from the 90s but has bathrooms like the cabin a sucre when you were 12 , and will make you wait to be seated even though you have a reservation , prioritizes volume instead of quality , is understaff for the amount of customers they are trying to serve , packs in its customers like they are a 30 piece chicken McNuggets into a 20 piece box , secretly has Mc Mario Djing from 2001 , charges 4 star prices for 3 star food and finally will upcharge you $75.00 fee to eat your own birthday cake , but has nice staff, Madame Bovary is for you.

Unique atmosphere and decor with impeccable service! We were at the bar and our bartender advised us as much on the drinks as on our dishes and he took the time to chat despite the Saturday rush. The food was beyond excellent and very reasonably priced! The cocktails are very good and well presented. In short, a very convincing first time!
