Pizza Express Boucherville

Coup de coeur Pizza 8" 1 viande (bacon)et 2 légumes( olives vertes et Champignons)! Combo avec salade césar!😋

I used to love their pizzas.
We ordered one large half pep and all dress pizza and wings from there last week. I woke up the next morning with the worst stomach ache ever...i had to be rushed to the hospital because i was pooping blood,vomiting, fever and diarrhea. After two days at the hospital the doctor told me i had infectious colitis. It wasnt the first that we ordered at this pizza express and most of the time i would have a little stomach ache but this time was enough for me to not order there anymore. Its the only pizza place that always left me feeling some way after consumming their pizzas.

They closed 33min earlier than the written hours when I came, the employee saw me and locked the door in my face..

I place an order for the counter by phone at 11:50 a.m., the person who takes my call tells me it will be ready in 15 minutes, I warn him that my sister will be there in 45 minutes. When she goes there to collect the order, the person tells her that there is no order in our name and that she has not received a call. So I checked if I was in the wrong place and decided to call them back because the mistake was not mine.
Response from them: we were in a big rush, we had a printer problem and we just realized it.

So supposedly a big rush but the orders haven't been coming in since 12 p.m. since the printer wasn't working anymore?!
The person in front of my sister lied and said she hadn't received a call at all.

Does not take responsibility for their mistakes at all, does not offer any solution (they could have offered to make the pizza when my sister was there), no commercial gesture, and not possible to speak with the manager. BRAVO, great customer service all that.

1 hour 30 minutes late, pizza received very cold….bravoo….. direction trashy……..good luck

I place an order by phone for delivery after 1 hour 20 minutes of waiting, I call back to ask if my order has gone and he dares to tell me that his delivery man has come by and that I would have told him that I never ordered. while in reality the delivery man never spoke to me. I was offered to return my pizza that the delivery man brought back to the restaurant and that I would have to wait another 45 minutes... I told him to let it go and believe me next time I prefer to pay a little more expensive at one of their competitor but at least I would have my order and above all RESPECT from their employee.
Good luck to you but in my opinion you should not be in business.

Okay, where to start...
Firstly, we are light years away from regular 2for1 pizzerias. The quality of their pizza is exceptional! I ordered the Deluxe and I'm not disappointed AT ALL! lots of filling and the crust was tender and crispy! what can we say about the homemade fries! FINALLY a restaurant that has the strength to make good fries! Bravo to this pizzeria! I will return without hesitation!

I tried the new Smash Burger Express plate. Very simple hamburger. Normal dumpling. Tomato . Salad, pickles. Nothing spectacular. Your not worth it.really disappointing. Their pizza and donair on the other hand are still 5/5.

We ordered their delicious pizzas for an event. They arrived hotUnfortunately, there was an error in the order but one call was enough to obtain compensation and the correct pizza.

Ordered on 01-24-2024 two large pizzas: 1st Quebecois and 2nd Mediterranean. We were 4 adults and we devoured 3/4 of it! Both the filling and the crust, everything was delicious and well garnished! Above all, don't change the dough recipe! For a moment, we thought we were sitting at the table/terrace in Italy! Bravissimo!

Very bad experience! The service is rotten for us! The young girl at the checkout spent her time chatting back and forth and cruising a young person in the restaurant! 40 minutes of waiting for 2 chicken/fries pitas!Luckily the pitas were good.
