One of my favorite Subways! They are generous with the vegetables, which are always fresh, and the employees always greet customers with a smile. The subs are well stocked and absolutely delicious. The restaurant is newly renovated.

Very disappointing! Super dry bread, huge pieces of onions, forgotten sauce in half the sandwich… for the price you pay it’s just not worth it! To be avoided unfortunately!

When I arrive, the person tells me he has to prepare several Uber orders before he can serve me & seems very arrogant. I strongly advise against it.

Also after making the Uber orders, no one picked them up before he finished my order, he would have had plenty of time to do mine first, or second.

Very disappointed with the service, Every time I go to other subways the people in charge are very friendly and smiling. The poor boy, I think, was in a bad way and in a hurry.

This time I omitted to put lettuce or spinach since they looked dry, not fresh at all.

Disgusting I pay with money he has his gloves he takes my money after he doesn't even change his gloves and my vegetables in my submarine no but your serious criss not clean he needs to give me 1 next time I'm going at Subway I didn't even eat my sub I should have told him when you don't want to work stay dear but I had already paid please Subway did something with your employees on the weekend me going to Subway Very often I see him again when I go to Subway and he who makes my sandwich I turn away

WORST subway I have ever been to. Two teenage boys working, with a full store of customers. At first, one of them began making my sandwich, and just walked away. The other one came to finish it, and took his damn time. Placing cheese by cheese, meat slice by meat slice. Took him 4 minutes just to get my sandwich in the oven. After which, it was taken out and left on the counter for another 6 minutes. Interac machine broke before I could even pay for my sandwich, which they both started laughing to eachother about. Not to add, there was a weird piece of brown meat stuck to one of the slices of cheese, which one of them didn’t bother taking off, but instead put it into my sandwich anyways. Where is the adult watching over these children? Most inefficient operation I’ve seen in my entire life. What a joke.

There were very “suspicious” brown marks in the toilets, they didn't have vegetarian meatballs, the tables were clean but even the napkin dispenser at the table was dirty.

Just moved to Boucherville few months ago. Been ordering there for a while now upon thinking this Subway was good. I kept ordering because im pregnant and i have alot of allgeries to eat else where. I received my last order i said this is enough to receive not the proprer ingredients and sandwhiches that are not fresh at all lettuces looks like been sitting there for days also theres an option on the application for less or more I choose more because its giving me that option for a reason. I kindly wrote a complaint to the head office, then I get a phone call directly from the manager or owner what ever she sais she is giving me a speech for making a complaint on the Subway Website of this location for my previous order that I received not eatable and she started stating I should stop eating at this location I washe is very disrespectful she states she is the supervisor then she is the owner as if I should put white gloves on to speak to her. I use to Own a Subway for a few years thats not the way to give any order and especially being disrespectful its unacceptable to treat any human this way. She was being racist of me speaking in english. This is completely unacceptable. Especially being 6 months pregnant and getting treated this way.

Pretty ordinary like Subway! The employees are not very courteous and respectful towards customers! Additionally, the restaurant is very dirty and seems very poorly maintained. I recommend you go elsewhere!
