Although the sushi was good and they respected my dietary restrictions, I was received at the restaurant with a barred door, I had to knock several times to enter. Then, despite having mentioned several times that I wanted him to add the freebies that I was entitled to with the size of my order and being told yes with a condescending air, I didn't get any!!! !! In addition to not having received the freebies, he responded to everything with a stupid look and looked at me crooked. First time I have had bad service like this in a Sushi Sama... Disappointing

The sushi is better than the competitors, but the service is 👎. I received a wrong order, I called at least 10 times but all my calls were ignored (yes yes, to the right number). Very disappointing.

We are very disappointed, we ordered sushi for 75$ and almost all pieces are same only with crab and avocado. We were ordering in that place many times and this time service was really bad.

Really excellent

Just ordered for about 100$ worth of sushi. Out of that 100$ probably received 6$ worth of fish. We tried many times, never were impressed but gave it other tries but this will be the last time. Few rolls advertised as salmon or tuna only has that crispy filling and maybe we had the left over but the mix tasted and felt stale. The rolls were all loose so they fell apart. Very disappointed. Good luck with the business.

really 5 star order online delivery in 30 minutes the restaurant calls me immediately to inform me that it will arrive 5-10 minutes later than the scheduled time so arrive in 40 minutes which is very good in the hour of traffic and all the delivery instructions follow to the letterand super good freshreally not disappointed
