I placed a last minute order for 72coffees and 24 donuts .I thought i would have to wait a long time. but in just around five minute .The owner personally delivered it to my car .Amazing service !!

Horrible service I do not recommend extremely long waiting time , it will take five drive-through orders before addressing someone waiting at the counter for more than 10 minutes

Service not good. Requested coffee for me and the girlfriend and had to repeat a great amount of time.. then once they did figure out i was rush to leave at the drive through... not going there again...!

The supervisor called Mai is not able to communicate well with customers. Is very unrespectful, unprofessional. Cannot understand why she is there working. So sad for Tim workers that need to work with this lady.

They give me a BLT with 1 slice of L 1 slice of T and 1 of B lol people working there are hopeless

Nice place but bathrooms could have been cleaner, our BELT we done nicely with lots of bacon but our coffee were a bit cold. The friendly and attentive man at the cash changed them immediatelly, showing excellent customer service.

In this Tim Hortons there is a worker named May ,she is very rude and aggressive and she cannot communicate well with customers and her co-workers too. She thinks everybody is her slaves. Iam so disappointed that Tim Hortons' Boucherville has this kind of supervisor/manager.

We waited in the drive-through for five minutes and no one was taking our order. when we pulled up to the window because we got tired of waiting, this middle-aged lady I think she was the manager or supervisor was incredibly rude to us after not taking our order for 5 minutes and told us to turn around and go back to the start of the drive thru line. I ended up going inside to order and again had to wait there for another couple minutes. This is the tims near my house and their service is usually way better than this. That lady was barely doing her job and had an attitude towards us on top of that.
