i waited 20 minutes for my order when there were only two other costumers in the store and they forgot to make half of it even though they repeated it back to me. i then had to wait another 10 minutes for them to make me something different because they couldn’t make the sandwich i originally ordered..

If you want a nice hot coffee and good food I’ll tell you right now…. Find another Tim Hortons because this is one of the worst ones in all of Quebec! Service was slow, coffee was cold, food was burnt and if you speak English to them you better have google translate open and ready or they look at you like you have 2 heads and just so other customers know for future reference this restaurant is most definitely NOT 24 hours!!
