Toltèk Brasseur Artisan offers a warm welcome from the friendly manager, Brigitte, who is known for her great approach with customers. The beer selection is impressive, with a big variety of beers for all tastes, including juicy IPAs, indulgent Stouts, and smoothie sours. The collaboration with La Brigade provides tasty wood-fired oven style pizzas, such as the thick pizza on focaccia, which many find excellent. The food at the Brigade is definitely worth trying, especially the pizza, which has received praise for its quality. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff is very attentive and friendly, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a good beer or cocktail. While the restaurant side is excellent, some customers feel it might be a bit pricey for pizza. Service can sometimes be less attentive, with occasional delays in taking orders or providing water or "doggy bags." Despite these small issues, Toltèk Brasseur Artisan remains highly recommended for its beer and food quality.
