Clearly the appearance and the atmosphere is far much better than the real Experience. The food is way below expectations, the service super slow and continuously “forgets” things. I was really hopeful for a really good experience, but left deeply disappointed

Not our first time at ESM in bromont.. issue is the service is always hit or miss. This time it was a miss... unfortunately the sever was very slow with bringing soup, salads and bread refills and would forget items we asked for. I still love the food but just wished that servers had customers all in one section rather than what feels like all over the Resturant. I will still make the hour drive as I enjoy the drive and the Resto enough :)

Cesar salad portions have been reduced hardly anything in our plates. Pizza Canadian were to cooked so bacon was hard.

The host forgot to tell our waiter we were seated. When he finally showed up,after having to ask the host what was taking so long, he took our order in a rush and had our food sent out by 2 other people. Didn't come check on us at all. Saw him again when the bill was due and that was it. We had our young child with us and when I pointed out that it was getting pretty late , the host responded with "at least there's no school tomorrow". Our reservation was for 6:45, we arrived at 6:30, we got our food at 8:00. I saw at least 4 other tables during this time getting serviced and get their orders before we even saw our waiter. Needless to say , we will not be returning.

Tout à bien été mais la sangria au framboise goûtait l'eau. J'ai commandé un poulet parmesan, le poulet était excellent mais les pâtes étaient froides. Les entrées étaient bonnes.

Saturday October 19, magnificent weather to go to the terrace, after 20 minutes my son goes to ask a waitress who tells him that she is coming, 10 minutes later I go to see the waiter at the bar who tells me that he is coming, assessment 15 minutes later we decide to leave. 45 minutes of waiting to have a family aperitif with a 4-year-old child is simply unacceptable, especially without having had anything to drink. Poor customer service.

We went to dinner this evening and big disappointments there were 4 of us the food was very cold and the service quite ordinary we ate with a mountain of dirty dishes, and the cleanliness of the place is mediocre and the bathrooms too, and the price it was quite expensive 72.00 for cold food and the table in weatherboard and the waitress quite stupid ouffff

Slow to be seated, then left at table for a while. Our order was wrong, Salad was not very fresh and the restaurant was dirty. Plates left at the bar the whole time we were there. They didn’t seem to have a system for who does what. Even if they were short staffed, it was not busy. Bathrooms were not clean either.

More than disappointing experience, Saturday October 5, 2024. After 1 hour sitting, still not received our drinks, not even a glass of water, nothing at all. So we left so I can't review the food and drinks.
After waiting 30 minutes to get a table (no problem we chose to wait) we were finally seated. It took more than 15 minutes before even being approached by our waitress who simply said “sorry for the wait but I’ll be back in 2 minutes”. Then another 10 minutes goes by so we finally ask someone if our waitress is coming back to take our order. After 30 minutes of sitting, the waitress finally takes our drink and food orders at the same time because we have known what we want for a while.
And the 15 minutes pass without even seeing our waitress (she has disappeared!). I politely tell another waitress that I don't want to be boring but we've been sitting for 45 minutes and still not a drink. We also ask if we could have some bread while waiting. She apologizes and tells us she is sending our waitress. But another 15 minutes pass without receiving any drink or bread.
In the meantime other people who had been seated after us received their drinks and even soups and salads while we were still waiting without anything and without news. When leaving I told the hostess to tell our waitress that we were leaving because we still hadn't received a drink in 1 hour and I was simply told “ah ok have a good evening”. Bad customer service!
