Saturday October 19, magnificent weather to go to the terrace, after 20 minutes my son goes to ask a waitress who tells him that she is coming, 10 minutes later I go to see the waiter at the bar who tells me that he is coming, assessment 15 minutes later we decide to leave. 45 minutes of waiting to have a family aperitif with a 4-year-old child is simply unacceptable, especially without having had anything to drink. Poor customer service.

We went to dinner this evening and big disappointments there were 4 of us the food was very cold and the service quite ordinary we ate with a mountain of dirty dishes, and the cleanliness of the place is mediocre and the bathrooms too, and the price it was quite expensive 72.00 for cold food and the table in weatherboard and the waitress quite stupid ouffff

Slow to be seated, then left at table for a while. Our order was wrong, Salad was not very fresh and the restaurant was dirty. Plates left at the bar the whole time we were there. They didn’t seem to have a system for who does what. Even if they were short staffed, it was not busy. Bathrooms were not clean either.

More than disappointing experience, Saturday October 5, 2024. After 1 hour sitting, still not received our drinks, not even a glass of water, nothing at all. So we left so I can't review the food and drinks.
After waiting 30 minutes to get a table (no problem we chose to wait) we were finally seated. It took more than 15 minutes before even being approached by our waitress who simply said “sorry for the wait but I’ll be back in 2 minutes”. Then another 10 minutes goes by so we finally ask someone if our waitress is coming back to take our order. After 30 minutes of sitting, the waitress finally takes our drink and food orders at the same time because we have known what we want for a while.
And the 15 minutes pass without even seeing our waitress (she has disappeared!). I politely tell another waitress that I don't want to be boring but we've been sitting for 45 minutes and still not a drink. We also ask if we could have some bread while waiting. She apologizes and tells us she is sending our waitress. But another 15 minutes pass without receiving any drink or bread.
In the meantime other people who had been seated after us received their drinks and even soups and salads while we were still waiting without anything and without news. When leaving I told the hostess to tell our waitress that we were leaving because we still hadn't received a drink in 1 hour and I was simply told “ah ok have a good evening”. Bad customer service!

Good morning. I decided to eat at your establishment in Bromont. To find me a place, a young man immediately found me a table outside. Great! It was after 1 p.m. and there were around ten tables maximum. Afterward, I waited 20 minutes for water and a menu. After 15 minutes I receive my chicken baguette with parmigiana. I asked the waitress for a place because I hadn't had them. After 40 minutes I eat and all the chicken comes out of my sandwich. This one is soaked in sauce at its base and the two chicken patties are impossible to keep in the baguette. I eat using the utensils but the chicken tastes like it's defrosted and the bread reminds me of Subway. The sauce isn't amazing. I stopped eating before the halfway point. I paid and left. For a 30-35 min meal, I sat outside for 1 hour. For me a waste of time and money. Bad service and poor food. I still remained polite and patient with the waitress. Please remove Italian flags from your dishes. You shame my family and all Italians. I'm not going back there anymore even if they pay me to go there. So !

Honestly, I came a long way to come here because I remember going to the one in Pickering growing up. This place was a HUGE disappointment…the lady waiter didn’t even wanna serve us so we got a new waiter. The food was bad and the pasta was dry and tasted as if it had been microwaved. I ordered the chicken parmigiana. Not at all what I remember my childhood being like. The restaurant itself was kinda nice to look at but the staff and the food…completely unacceptable.

Overall the food is not so good. Nothing was over the top, and it was really disappointing for in the past you used to get a lot of good fresh free salad but now it was disgusting. My salad was supposed to be a Caesar but it was really terrible. No bacon bits just old lettuce with a dump of dressing not even mixed well, thank goodness I could put the old lettuce aside, and a few croutons. I would be ashamed to hand this salad to anyone. The pizza was thrown together to make it look good but in reality there was not much toppings so it was not very enjoyable. The others had fetuchini with mussels but they threw in mussels that were cracked we tossed those aside being unsafe to eat. It was really an unpleasant dinner and I will not be returning to this establishment ever again. Too bad East side Mario's has dug their own grave!

The service was really BAD. The servers had table all over the restaurant and would go from one side of the restaurant, to the terrasse outside to another section.... Hard to follow your customers. We had to ask for silverware twice since the table was not set when we arrived. They gave spoons to people with soup. We had to wait for forks for the salad!!!! The management team should be fired! For god sake give servers sections the ensure a better service. Très mauvais service. Les serveurs ont des tables un peu partout dans le restaurant. Notre serveuse avait des tables sur la terrasse extérieure, à une section à une extrémité du restaurant et à un autre bout. Très difficile d'assurer un bon service. Nous avons dû demander 2 fois pour des ustensiles parce que a table n'était pas mise à notre arrivée. Nous avons eu des cuillères pour les personnes qui avaient des soupes et avons attendu pour des fourchettes pour les salades! L'équipe de gestion devrait être renvoyée. Les serveurs devraient avoir des sections bien définies pour assurez un bon service.
