We have been clients of this East Side Mario's for years and lately we noticed the service getting slower and slower, but last time we went (September 19) it was worse then ever. We had a reservation for 5 at 7:15 pm and arrived a bit earlier. There was only 1 family of 3 in front of us waiting to be seated and multiple empty tables. I used to be an avid fan of East Side Mario's and dined there often. There are hardly any locations left in Quebec. I've recently moved to Bromont and was surprised to find a location here. I wanted to treat my new boyfriend to a dinner there and in the end I was embarrassed. The restaurant was really dirty.
