Just excellent, the culinary journey is assured! We were warmly welcomed and served, and enjoyed their delicious tartes flambées! The desserts are also delicious! We spent two weeks in Bromont and were amused by our friend Fritz’s store. We are Alsatian and couldn't resist the urge to stop by to eat a tarte flambée. All I can say is that friend Fritz honors Alsace and its culture. The place has all the codes of Alsatian Winstub. The tarte flambée is delicious. Well done
