Nous sommes extrêmement déçu, je ne comprends pas tout ces bons commentaires. J'ai pris les crevettes Bang Bang ainsi qu'une frite. Les crevettes avaient beaucoup trop de panure, elles étaient beaucoup trop cuites, au point que la panure était noire et les crevettes étaient caoutchouteuse, vraiment ce n'était pas bon. On aurait dit que ça avait été cuit dans de la vieille huile, les frites étaient vraiment mauvaises au goût aussi. Je n'y retournerai sûrement jamais.

I went there for the first time the 30th of August 2025 at 5pm , and oh boy the casier looked annoyed that i ordered , barely able to talk , answer , make eye contact! A bit unimpressed from the guy behind the counter ! Hopefully the food is better than the service…

My partner and I stopped by for a quick bite and tried the classic London fish and chips ($18.75 + tax, though oddly listed at $24.75 on their website). The overall experience was okay.

The woman at the counter was friendly, and the atmosphere seemed good-energy. The food came out quickly. The fish was nicely cooked with a good fish-to-breading ratio. The breading was on the thinner side and cooked a bit too crunchy for my taste. The fries were classic Quebec greasy spoon style—dark, mushy, greasy. Not bad for that genre, but ours were clearly not freshly fried and arrived cold. The coleslaw was cool and fresh; my husband enjoyed it, but I found it watery and heavy on the onion. Tartar sauce was average, which is fine.

The biggest downside for me was the “tip-flation.” For counter service and cold fries, the suggested tip options started at 15% with no way to enter a custom amount. That felt like a cash grab on an already expensive fast food meal and left a bad taste. A little suggestion to the owners: research shows that setting high minimum tip prompts can actually reduce tipping overall.

Bottom line: I might go again if I’m very hungry and in the area—the location is convenient and the food is acceptable. I will be prepared for tip request and tip cash like I did today.
