Laughably bad service. I went at 9pm. I waited for 15 minutes in the drive through and it didn’t move. I decided to go inside. The door was locked but their were lots of customers inside. I went to the gas station next door to see if their was another entrance. I did not see one so I asked the lady at the cash. She said there’s only the one entrance but sometimes they lock it early for some reason. So I went back over to try opening the door again. Their were people trying to get out and they were locked in! They went to get a staff member who unlocked the door. As the people were leaving, I had not said anything yet and the staff shouted at me “drive through only!”.A guy in the drive through got out of his car and shouted to ask if it was closed. The employee shouted back “no drive through only” then closed the door. So I left at that point. Hope the other people in line got their food 😅

I went to pick up an order at the drive-thru and received it very badly. I was told by the manager that I should take advantage of my job with a very unpleasant voice. The staff is very rude in general, extremely disappointed.

The service deteriorates from year to year. It takes two people to order but there is only one person to order so the trips are useless. They only create discontent.
