Very good food served in this restaurant. Products are fresh and well prepared. Options available for vegetarian. Staff is nice, welcoming and professional (knowledgeable about the menu). Booking is recommended. Parking available.

Good food, beautiful presentation. The service was impeccable, and wine recommendations perfect. The meat was a bit chewy :( and one of the dish not so great, the kind of haricot pasta, but that might just be to my taste. The rest was great.

The menu changes often, so if you like the place, you can go many times and never experience the same dish.

Wow! It’s sad for the other restaurants around because this restaurant is exceptional. Everything is excellent here! We had the fried squid, octopus, guinea fowl and financier for dessert!

Had an incredible dinner and experience at Chardo Oct 25, 2024, sitting at the bar. Loved the view of the kitchen, the interactions with the wait staff, and of course the food and drinks were incredible. Highly recommend the margie cocktail. Thank you for a great evening.

Cette place est la perle des cantons de l’Est. Le maître d’hôtel a accommodé une table pour ma famille et moi ce qui a sauvé notre soirée. Le service est impeccable, la nourriture est raffinée et audacieuse. Je recommande à tout ceux qui sont de passage dans la région, et urge les gens qui sont des habitués de Bromont à visiter ce bijou.

the negative point would be the quantity of food on the plates, because even when a dish is in the "LARGE" tab, expect to still have to recommend something so as not to leave still hungry... too bad, because at this price :-(

Adequate service, pleasant atmosphere, but food quality to be discussed. The taste of beef tartare is not pleasant in the mouth. Too many different elements that don't work together. Biscuits/rice papers that are fatty and have a bitter taste. Not to mention the useless crushed pork and quite dubious taste-wise. Positive comment: fries, but extra. For the fairly expensive price, the quality was not there.
