Best day ever with most beautiful scenery
Service décevant. Aucune flexibilité ni compréhension. Très malheureux.
Treated a friend badly and wouldn't allow her to change her date on her e ticket because of the snow storm/ bad weather. In my expérience I only went once and there was hardly any staff working and since it was my first time going there I didn't really know where to go or what was open
