Upper management was very responsive when I brought up a slight disappointment. This is a business that cares about their customers. Food is always great, except this one dish but the replacement was excellent. I always love coming here and look forward to my next visit.

Broccoli cream soup was absolutely delicious. The duck was the most flavorful I’ve ever had, but the whole fennel served with it was tough and felt out of place. Baby potatoes would’ve been a much better pairing. Portion sizes are very small compared to the high prices, leaving me hungry even after having both lunch and dinner at the restaurant during my spa stay.

I’m extremely disappointed with the dining experience at the spa restaurant. For nearly $40 per person, we received a meal that was barely equivalent to one or two spoonfuls of food. It felt more like a decorative appetizer than an actual meal.

What makes it worse is that bringing your own food or snacks is strictly prohibited at this spa. This policy, combined with the shockingly small portions, felt unfair and inconsiderate to guests.

My spouse and I paid around $80 for lunch and still spent the rest of the day feeling hungry. For a place that’s supposed to be about comfort and wellness, this aspect of the experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend relying on their restaurant if you plan to stay for several hours.

Had a chicken dish because last minute told the braised beef was out and chicken was its replacement. My partner had the cauliflower steak. We were both disappointed. The chicken was like hot chicken sandwich (all dark meat, no bone, loose strips and chunks in a light gravy) minus the bread peas and mashed. The veggies were parsnip so over cooked they were hollow, and not much flavor remaining in them. The sliver of polenta was fine, but the dish was very disappointing, also served a bit too cool, only luke warm. The cauliflower steak was a steamed slab of cauliflower with some toppings. Not at all grilled or braised, so if not for the topping (which was too salty), it tasted like steamed cauliflower. The beer I had was great. My partner has a Bloody Caesar server warm, no ice, like out of a can room temperature . We mentioned all this to the server, she was nice enough to bring us cookies to help with the feedback. Been here before and it was good. Paying top $ for this sort of food is disappointing and the place wasn’t busy. The spa is great, the staff are wonderful, but the restaurant seems neglected, at least on that Sunday afternoon.

Treated a friend badly and wouldn't allow her to change her date on her e ticket because of the snow storm/ bad weather. In my expérience I only went once and there was hardly any staff working and since it was my first time going there I didn't really know where to go or what was open

We went to dinner at the spa restaurant during our thermal experience day, it was a Sunday. We went to dinner around 1:30 a.m., it was crowded.
For $21, I got half a delicacy squash with a little chickpeas in tomato sauce and a little sour cream and small herbs. The presentation was pitiful. I can't believe I paid $21 for this.
Because of the traffic the service was very long, we waited 1h30 to get our basket of bread (at $7 but it was good), which we received very long after our meal... vrm not a good experience and as it is a spa restaurant the prices are inflated without common sense.

We had a very pleasant time. We noticed no false notes from our welcome by the waitress until dessert. The cuisine is local and the ingredients are quality. The plating was elegant. The waitress was very pleasant and her presentation of the dishes was perfect. Thanks to the whole team.

Malheureusement, nous nous sommes faites avoir. Le spa ne respecte pas la loi du consommateur et n’affiche pas toutes les sommes des forfaits sur leur site Web. Nous avons fini notre journée avec une surprise. Une facture de 500$. Les massages n’incluaient pas l’expérience thermale, ce qui était très mal exposé sur le site web. Pour nous, ce n’est pas une question de budget, mais bien une grande déception face au service à la clientèle. Nous ne nous attendions pas à payer ce montant suite à avoir choisi nos soins sur leur site Web. Malgré que le Balnéa a assumé ses erreurs, voici la réponse obtenue : « après avoir étudié la situation, nous ne jugeons pas qu'une compensation soit appropriée dans ce cas, car il s’agissait avant tout d’une question de clarté dans la communication, que nous nous engageons à améliorer. » Très décevant comme finalité pour une journée qui était très agréable. 2 clients très insatisfaits. Malheureusement, nous ne retournerons jamais à ce spa et nous ne le recommanderons pas à notre entourage.

Super super disappointed. At the end of my morning at the spa I let myself be tempted by the menu full of promise.
I had the semi-cooked salmon. I was served super quickly (too quickly?).
1st visual disappointment 2 pieces of raw salmon on a bed of brown mush.
The plate smelled like fish and you don't want it to smell like that when you have uncooked fish in front of you.
Apart from the potatoes everything else was just really not good.
I ate a little bit of fish and tried to eat the vegetables but really no flavor, it probably lacked salt and spices and there was nothing interesting in terms of texture. A tasteless and cold porridge at that.
I should have sent my plate back, said something, but I was coming out of an extra morning at the spa and I didn't want to get into that energy. I quickly asked for the bill and left.

Belle place mais très mauvais services, nous avons fait plus de 45 minutes de routes pour nous faire dire que nos coupons promotionnel était expiré de 7 jours , chose que nous ne savions pas, plutôt que de nous proposer une solution, ou un rabais,la superviseurs Camille nous a regardé de haut nous n’avons même pas argumenter tellement sont service était médiocre, nous avons dépensé plus de 500$ en amoureux avec des massages et ils n’ont même pas honorer les coupons promotionnel malgré nos dépenses précédentes …. Ils a tellement d’autres spas, je ne recommande pas!!!!
