Rude employees at night. I used to work evening shifts and close up the coffee shop late but never have I once thought that I need to rude to a customer because it's close to the close up. It was 20 min still before the coffee shop closes and they were just rude and unfriendly. It's expected that people after concert will come out and get something right outside the bell center...

Drive thru attendant mocks my accent on speaker, hands me hot coffee with lid half open causing it to spill on my clothes and car. Ruined my day. Idiot.

Just went to get three drinks here, while carrying the tray of drinks out the door I stumbled and the door slammed on the back of my foot making two out of 3 drinks spill on the ground. I went back in to explain what happened and ask if they could remake my drink since I never had a chance to try it and only had half left in the cup. The barista, Julie, was very rude and made it clear that she was not pleased to have to remake my drink, even ranting about it to the other coworkers on her headset in front of me. Her attitude was offensive and made me feel small. I felt even worse about spilling my family's drinks and hurting my foot. The drinks were good but the whole experience left me feeling disrespected.
