One of the best Starbucks outlets in Canada. It was clean and well maintained. Staffs were welcoming and generous. We ordered Pecan Crunch Oat Latte- and, we loved it.

Rude employees at night. I used to work evening shifts and close up the coffee shop late but never have I once thought that I need to rude to a customer because it's close to the close up. It was 20 min still before the coffee shop closes and they were just rude and unfriendly. It's expected that people after concert will come out and get something right outside the bell center...
