Rude employees at night. I used to work evening shifts and close up the coffee shop late but never have I once thought that I need to rude to a customer because it's close to the close up. It was 20 min still before the coffee shop closes and they were just rude and unfriendly. It's expected that people after concert will come out and get something right outside the bell center...
I went to get my morning coffee today at the drive-thru and unfortunately misjudged my distance placing my drink and it spilled it all over my seats. I went back to tell the staff what had happened and they were beyond sincere and helpful. They quickly gathered a bunch of rags and towels to help me clean it. They even re-made my drink at no additional cost. I really appreciated their help and the atmosphere and team work they showed was very impressive. The Sunday morning staff...
One of the nice chain cafes. Eager, friendly service, the lunches and drinks prepared were delicious.
