Amazing service we were served Monday 3pm by the restarting manager she is bilingual and very kind. Made us delicious sandwiches. I recommend this subway based on my good experience :) thank you !

Of course you shouldn't expect an extraordinary experience when going to Subway but seriously it was the best of mediocre service! The little boy looked like he was completely out of life, no greetings, the questions weren't even formulated, it was just one word (bread... cheese...). I ordered a 6 inch and got 4.5 inches. He grills the sandwich which he leaves on the counter for, without stuffing, 5 minutes the bread was as hard as a rock, you bite into it and it falls into pieces. I ask for a sandwich with the recipe already made, no need to follow the ingredients displayed on the sign... It was such a great experience that I recommend you go buy sandwiches at the IGA instead!

They never have anything. The 3 times I went there, we had to go elsewhere because either there were no more breads, no more meats... In short, I can't judge the cuisine because they don't have any food for sale.

We came back to get two sandwiches (Sunday 2:30 p.m.) and the employee told us that she had to make the breads before serving us and that it could take 25 minutes before making our sandwiches because she is alone. Only one employee, a young girl, I hope the manager will start taking his job seriously because they have just lost 2 customers due to a lack of management. Disappointing, afterward we wonder why the employees don't want to stay.

The work doesn’t know how to make a salad, he puts 3 onion slices for a big salad and 3 pickle and so little of everything else I had to tell him how to make a salad as a former employee of another subway. I was really frustrated at the trashy service. ??‍♀️

We were served by the "manager" and he refused my request for olives in their novelty rice bowl over my choice of vegetables. His argument was that it wasn't in the recipe, but I could choose other vegetables whether they were in the recipe or not... I even offered to pay extra to have olives and he refused. There are clearly gaps in customer service standards in their management team.

Terrible service
Butched sandwiches: I had to ask for the meat to be put in correctly since 1/3 of the 12 inch didn't have any.
The clerk had an airpod in her ear
Satisfaction is the least of their concerns.
When we returned, the three clerks were alone but the tables were dirty. Ants as a bonus.

Next time, we'll pass.
