I’m prone to hyperbole, but two of the small plates we had were some of the most memorable and incredible I’ve ever had. The elk tartar was combined with crispy onions and blueberries and topped with a pistachio mustard ice cream. The meat was not gamey at all and the flavors were strong yet delicate at the same time. 10/10. But my favorite thing was the smoked scallop “carpaccio.” The scallops were sliced and plated on a foamy emulsified maple aioli, and topped with black sesame seeds. I LOVE smoked fish and this was perfect.“
