No follow-up from customer service. Should I request another web refund?
Order error, wrong meal format received (soup in starter format instead of meal). Still no return for a refund. The restaurant was dirty with trays and trash cans full, yet the employees were on their smartphones. Definitely, the manager will have to be present more often. When will our refund be due?

Stopped for dinner and ordered a Pad Thai. Not only was it ugly too look at (looked like liquid dirt from a shop vac!) but it was just a grey mush of overcooked noodles drenched in sauce. Awful! Staff was friendly but slow. Restaurant was clean and nice. Because of the food, won’t come back again.

Cleanliness leaves something to be desired. Sticky floors throughout the restaurant, dirty dishes and trays lying around, sticky tables... no customers in the restaurant, so it's not due to rush hour or a 'rush' from someone...

Price not worth the quality of the food. AVOID ordering anything with salmon fish. Ordered a pokthai bowl with the teriyaki salmon and returned it to the kitchen and asked for a fresh one, the second one came out the same: overcooked, extremely hard to chew and cut, and definitely not fresh at all. They ran out of forks. No napkins. Had no water to sell, only tap water to give. The other dishes are ok. Ironically the churros are the only think that tasted somewhat authentic and it’s not even a Mexican restaurant. Also bathroom didn’t have soap, floors were super slippery. Honestly, I’d pay a little more and go to an actual Thai restaurant.

I was served cold soup and the noodles were not cooked. They replaced it with another cold soup, a Thai soup and a wonton soup. It took 10 minutes each time. The young people needed pictograms to prepare the dishes. I believe that no one among the 4 present had had any training. I advised that their steam table should not be working correctly. They said that it was correct.

La situation de ce soir fut la goutte de trop.Nous effectuons notre commande a 16:50 pour livraison.17:50, nous n’avons toujours pas reçu notre livraison, les enfants commence à être impatient, on rappelle et on nous mentionne que c’est en route.18:27, notre livraison n’est toujours pas arrivé, nous rappelons pour nous faire dire prime abord qu’ils n’ont pas notre commande, après vérification ils nous mentionnent qu’elle est prête. On affirme qu’elle arrivera donc sous peu, c’est là qu’on nous mentionne que notre commande est à ramasser au comptoir. On mentionne que nous avions mentionné en livraison, pour se faire dire que celle-ci a été mise à ramasser au comptoir. Après quelques minutes de discussion, on nous mentionne qu’il n’y a pas de livraison ce soir!Du n’importe quoi.

Plats directements à la poubelle, la sauce était noire (souillée) en plus de l'odeur de wok non lavé. Employé manquant de rigueur, l'eau pour bouillir les nouilles était tiède, un beau nid a bactéries.
