4am Friday morning, two workers inside doors locked.. orange cones deployed in the drivethrough. Beside a sign that says drive through 24 hours. Knocked on the doors to ask when they open since there's no sign with open hours visible but was ignored. So I left and went to McDonalds down the highway.

Ça fait 3x j'iva et son incapable de faire ma commande sans faire d'erreur. Wrap du travailleur bacon avec laitue tomate en ajout. Je finis toujours avec un burrito, un blt... Le pire... je les fait répéter 3x. Il tape n'importe quoi sur le tableau. Je répète encore et là ça semble ok... et non! Je paye pour quelque chose que j'ai pas à chaque fois. J'irai pu.

The girls working there were talking and laughing. They show us zero respect. They ignored us and repeatedly asked what we needed. We already told them and they just ignored us bro all I want is a coffee and they don’t even understand what I need

If you're looking for a quick pit stop, this location isn't for you! I have used this location as my halfway point on my way to my country home for many years. There was a time that the service was impeccable, and the coffee was good! But as of late, the service is horrendous, the wait times aren't even reasonable. The orders come out wrong, wrong orders being given to the wrong customers. Last time my family and I stopped at this location, we waited 20 mins for a chocolate milk (cold) and a bagel with cream cheese, my wife had paid, and got so fed up of waiting, she ended up leaving so frustrated, that she couldn't even be bothered to be reimbursed! The owner needs to shape up or....well you know the rest. We will be going to the McDonald's next door from now on.

These guys are clueless on how to run a Tim Hortons. Twice I’ve done mobile ordering and twice they never had it ready when I ordered 15min in advance. Both times I had to wait 5-10min .. they are useless.

The app allows you to have a cream of broccoli.... But once at the restaurant, they don't have any... I had to get a refund but in money because the boss/manager doesn't seem to have explained how do to the team... The employees were great despite everything but obviously Tim (in general) has a lot of problems...
Saturday July 13, in the evening, quite late, we stopped at this Tim Hortons and had good drive-thru service by a serious and courteous waitress. Thank you so much !

Avoid on weekends, the service is always hell. An order as simple as creton toast; the cold and hard creton in a cup next to it, impossible to put it all over the bread, the level of laziness reaches another level. 1 cup of creton for 2 orders of toast and forgetting a potato in the order. My comment won't change anything, but it's really annoying as a consumer.

The worst , I when to do snowboard on my way I stop I ask 1 coffe with 2 sugar.... it was like a kilogram, I said ok maybe miss understand, next day the same person (guy that I looks like always is there young pony tail), I ask the same plus a choco banana pancake?coffe sweet like syrup and pancake old hard.. anyway I will think twice to go there again
