Went on Wednesday for half price fajitas
Food was great, the kids also loved the fajitas
Service was quite slow, not sure if they were under staffed that day
Been here before though so I know it's generally good, we'll be back.
If you got for Wednesday fajita nights do not go unless you have a reservation

Great place for a birthday party or super amonst friend. The ambiance feels good and festive.

The only con, the music was a bit too loud.

The worst service ever i came with my family and waited at the entrance for more than 10 minutes without no one even talking to us! The waitress/hostess kept making jokes with other customer at a table n’est the entrance and kept us waiting even though she saw we were waiting, the restaurant was not even busy! The waitress was so rude and disrespectful! I will for sure contact the head office as well!

The place is definitely not organized well. Short of waiter especially at the entrance and no sign for the line.

There used to be 2 lines, one with reservation and the other without. But today they just have one. So I just step out to ask the waiter if they will take us as we are right on time for our reservation. I left my husband in the line and step out to ask what is the process. The waitress was glad to take us immediately and confirmed that it’s the right thing to do to step forward with a reservation.

But some other people in the line were so mad as they also have reservations. But they are NOT supposed to be in that line! They should HAVE stepped out calling out that they have reservations instead of waiting stupidity there. Besides, they were very rude to me and my young kids. I let them go first eventually as I didn’t mean to cut in. But it’s never my responsibility to ask each of them: do you have reservations? . They way they looked us made me extremely uncomfortable.

There should be a sign at the door and separate people in two lines: with and without reservations to speed up the process. Or what’s the meaning of the reservations? ??

It was really WORST experience to argue back, defense myself and had the unpleasant conversation with those clients. I’m not the one creating that confusion but the restaurant is.

Had no appetite to eat and will probably never go if there’s no improvement.

BTW, the music is a bit too loud but food was ok. Waitress was understanding.
