Food is okay, but service is not. I went at 4:38pm on a Sunday when they close at 5pm and the cashier told me they were already closed.
Also one time they didn’t have beef patties only chicken, but instead of putting a sign or note for people to be aware, they let you be in line for long periods until you come to the register for them to tell you they don’t have beef!

Worst poutine ever I taste like Indian food, disgusting- also I ordered sweet potato and the gave me a sauce that taste like Indian food also. Totally disgusting - I love a&w I do not recommend this branch

Food quality is okay, but service is sluggish Got my only burger wrong. Didn't have the boxes for the children meal. I returned a juice that had mold on the bottom and they gave me a new one ... But just put the moldy one back in the fridge for the next customer. Could do better, bringing the brand down a little bit.

Very bad service my 12-year-old made a mistake with her order and they did not want to change it. Not even two minutes after the order was placed. They did not want to do anything to help. They said it’s already place. It’s too late.

Big poster Mama Burger 2.99 and advertises on TV at 2.99 but when you go to the checkout 5.99. False advertising...

Seeing the discount on the Mama Burger displayed on their screen, I decide to take it twice with other things for my gang. I realize as I'm paying that the discount hasn't been applied, so I ask the cashier. She tells me that at food fairs the discount does not apply - but at Promenades St-Bruno it works. The most problematic point here is displaying a promotion that is not valid on site...

Dirty far from appetizing in my Chubby as well as my daughter's chicken strips very dry and tough.

If you want fast food, this is how you do it. Actually good food (unlike whatever you get at McDonald's) where you can actually taste the patty. The price is a bit steeper but the food quality is so much better. Only downside is that there is a lack of salt on their fries, but you can always just add it yourself with the salt packets they have in the front.
