Ok already Amirs there is no consistency from one restaurant to another and it's a bit like a lottery when you choose one but seriously what did you do with your garlic sauce ? and your portions are smaller but good result there it couldn't have changed anything ?

My wife and I come here often and the staff is very welcoming. They offer ice cream at this place.The shawarma is very small and does not satisfy my hunger at all unfortunately..

We found the staff members unsmiling and we had the impression that they were trying to put as little as possible on our plates. The potatoes were poorly seasoned and so was the rice. While I asked to have more mayonaise on my plate and my boyfriend did not, when he wanted to have a little more later (once seated) they charged him (it would have been equivalent to the same quantity to which I had the right).I also asked for hot peppers and the cook tossed it in spicy mayo and simply put it back on my plate without asking me if I liked it.We will not return there and yet we are normally fans of this food.

I came here at 10:50 and the restaurant is supposed to open and it’s now 11:10. No one is here to open the store. I don’t know how they’re supposed to prep the food if they open at 11:00. I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

Usually i never have trouble dealing with an Amir restaurant. This time however i was ordering for someone else and specified that certain condiments should just not get added to the dish in the instructions/note you can write while placing the order.They did not read the note, they added everything in anyways and when i called to ask about it they said they had read the note.If they did not read the note, they lied to me and if they did read it they didn't care about it.If they don't want to respect customer's notes, they shouldn't make it possible to leave any.
